Please note that orders made on our UK site are for orders shipping within the UK only
(excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man).

Bikes Free Home Delivery: 3 – 5 working days dispatched

Brompton to You is our free home delivery service for all bikes in the UK (excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man).

With Brompton to You, your bike will arrive fully checked by our factory team and will be ready to ride following an easy set up.

Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Once your order leaves the factory, you will be notified via email and provided with the tracking number.

Last order date for Xmas delivery 14th December! We will continue to ship bikes until the 22nd December, and P&A until the 16th December, however we cannot guarantee delivery pre-Christmas. The factory will be shut down between the 23rd December and 2nd January, to allow for a peaceful break for our staff. No orders will be processed or dispatched during this time.

Bikes Free Click & Collect: 3 – 5 working days dispatched

Click & Collect orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Once your order arrives to the selected dealer, the bike will go through a process of inspection. The dealer will contact you directly as soon as your bike is ready for collection. If you would like to have more information regarding the collection date, please contact the dealer directly.

Please note that Click & Collect bikes can only be picked up at the collection dealer you select during checkout.

Bags, Parts and Accessories: 3 – 5 working days

Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days using a tracked service.
